Usage:
  GET /?url=<target-url>
  HEAD /?url=<target-url>

Parameters:
  url (required): The HTTPS URL to proxy (must be HTTPS, not HTTP)

Examples:
  GET /?url=https://example.com/config.toml

Allowed HTTP Methods: GET, HEAD
Allowed URL Schemes: HTTPS only
Max Response Size: 10MB
